The implementation of event data analysis via Mark 43 Analytics has begun, enabling first-line supervisors to make data-driven deployment decisions to reduce response times and enhance public safety.
Next Steps
Continue to promote widespread adoption of event data analysis through targeted training and integration into staff meetings to make proactive, data-informed community issue resolution second nature across all shifts.
Challenge/Barriers
Mark 43 Analytics is a new tool that presents a dual challenge: a steep learning curve for users and limited historical data for reliable insights. This will be addressed through accelerated onboarding sessions and phased data collection starting in June 2025.
